He's a great man to work for and a inspiration to all of us. With twenty years of experience in this industry, Bill really does no the best deals available.  We all admire his true passion for the success of not only the business but also for each of us.
	Susan Susan supports all operations of the business. A hard worker and a caring mother of two beautiful girls, Susan comes in and immediately shifts into business mode. She sells, performs customer service, and takes care of all marketing & advertising.  We all often say that she has the patience of a saint.
	Mathew  - President & Chief Of Operations Mathew does it all, Shipping and Receiving, sales, ordering, customer relations,  and  merchandising,.  Mathew is all over the place in the business and sometimes he moves so fast, I've seen red flying out of his shirt! He is also quite a ladies man and when calling take the time to ask about his kickboxing, afterall he is the middle weight champion.
	Lance - Manager of Product Maintenance Lance is not mechanically inclined. He is mechanically talented. He will fix anything and I've seen it. From commercial machinery, vacuum cleaners to all the major appliances, Lance will get the job done. Even if one of his tools breaks, he will find the right tool to fix the tool!
	Mr. Stratovarius - Head Technician Central Vacuum Installations We call him Ricky around the store. Ricky goes to people's homes and offices and installs central vacuums. Unfortunately, we cannot offer Bobby's talents over the web, but Ricky keeps us entertained in the store between installations. Ricky is a kid at heart and being successful at this job requires a lot of energy and Ricky is full of energy.
	Troy - Shipping Manager This gentleman makes sure that all of our packages reach our valued customers, especially our online customers. When Troy is not working for us, he is shipping himself to various cities to audition for American Idol (no comment from Simon) or to NFL games where the weather is fair.
	Celia - Customer Service Manager Celia plays an extremely important role with our customers.  She is constantly answering all questions and concerns that might arise.  Being fluent in three languages also helps out a great deal.  Besides the fact when there is any downtime we all have that beautiful face to look at.
