Factory defective merchandise can be returned for replacement at no extra cost to the customer. This must be done within 3 days of receiving of the merchandise. We must first be contacted so we may send you a return authorization otherwise the return will not be accepted.
Please do not just send merchandise as it will not be accepted. It must be in its original packaging, condition and authorized by us.
All special orders are final sale, no exceptions are made.
Customers who are unhappy with the merchandise have the option of returning it within 3 days of receipt for an exchange or credit. There is a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. Merchandise must be in original packaging/condition.
