Return Policy

All merchandise we sell comes with a manufacturer's warranty. For warranty service merchandise must be brought into an authorized warranty dealer for repair, not sent to Vacuumcleaners.net. Belts, bags, and customer abuse are not covered under any warranty.

Factory defective merchandise can be returned for replacement at no extra cost to the customer. This must be done within 3 days of receiving of the merchandise. We must first be contacted so we may issue you a return authorization otherwise the return will not be accepted.

Return Policy:
Items must be returned in original packaging, in a new, or unused state. We reserve the right to reject returns on any used or mishandled product. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. All items ordered from Vacuumcleaners.net must be thoroughly tested within 3 days for any defects, returns or exchanges. Customers must call ahead to receive a order return number. Postage must be paid by the customer to the destination of all return and warranty items. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable on any returns. Damage caused during shipping should be discussed with the parcel post carrier at the time of delivery. Shipments canceled mid order subject to 25% restocking fee less any shipping cost. All returned machinery will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, with the exception of any manufacturer's defects. Any orders shipped to Canada are Final Sale, Customs, Duties And Tariffs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, NO EXCEPTIONS

All Special Orders, Sewing Machines and Phone Orders are FINAL SALE, No exceptions are made. By placing a order over the Phone you are AGREEING TO THESE TERMS. All commercial and rebuilt machines are FINAL SALE. No exceptions are made.

Customers who are unhappy with the merchandise have the option of returning it within 3 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit, no money will be returned. There is a 25% restocking fee plus shipping. Merchandise must be in original packaging/condition.

All packages must be opened and inspected for damages incurred during shipment, before signing any bill of lading or accepting any UPS or Fed Ex packages. All damage claims should be made with the carrier at that time. Sorry, but Vacuumcleaners.net is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipment.

Errors and Omissions:
Vacuumcleaners.net strives to bring you the lowest prices possible. This is done through volume purchasing. We make every effort to insure accurate pricing. However, we do reserve the right to cancel any order based on availability changes or pricing errors posted on our site. This applies to items priced above or below the current correct price.

You can have complete confidence when providing information to Vacuumcleaners.net. All information is regarded as confidential. Your business information is never sold to other companies or organizations. All credit card information is immediately destroyed after your transaction is completed.
